What we collect

To process your document request, the RMMC Registrar's Office collects personal information such as your name, contact details, date and place of birth, student number, academic program, and — if you are requesting on someone's behalf — your name and contact details as the representative. If you pay through a payment channel, we also collect your uploaded proof of payment.

Why we collect it

This information is used solely to verify your identity, process your document request, route it through the required clearance offices, and validate payment. It is not used for any other purpose without your consent.

  • Registrar's Office staff processing your request
  • The clearance offices involved: Evaluator, Alumni, Finance, Program Director, Dean, and Cashier

Your rights

Under RA 10173, you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, and to object to the processing of your personal data. For concerns, contact the RMMC Registrar's Office directly.

Retention

Your information is retained only for as long as necessary to process this request and comply with RMMC's record-keeping requirements.
